Ford Facility Full-Service Upgrade In Batu Pahat
Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), Ford Motor Company’s distribution partner in Malaysia, today announced the relocation of its Ang Trading Batu Pahat showroom and service centre to new premises, offering upgraded facilities for customers. Ang Trading Batu Pahat is the longest running Ford dealer in Malaysia, having been in business since 1980. With 35 years of experience, the centre has relocated to a more strategic location to provide convenience to a wider pool of customers, while also adding three service bays and doubling the showroom space.
“This new facility represents a significant upgrade for Batu Pahat customers. With an investment of RM1.5 million, they will be better equipped to cater to all sales and aftersales needs of new and existing Ford customers,” said Lee Eu San, managing director, Sime Darby Auto Connexion.
Ang Trading Batu Pahat has six service bays equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, staffed by Ford-certified technicians. There are two dedicated Quick Lane bays for customers also available to address vehicle maintenance and minor-repair needs in two hours or less, without the need to make an appointment. This includes oil and filter changes, brake systems, tyres, minor exhaust system rectifications, tune-ups and alignments. Customers can also enjoy the upgraded facilities while they wait, including a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi and hot beverages.
In conjunction with the official re-opening, Ang Trading Batu Pahat is offering a free TV for the first 10 customers who book their vehicles after the official launch, and a free 10 point safety check for customers who service their cars from now until 28 February.
“This new facility is part of Ford and SDAC’s commitment to network expansion and customer service, with SDAC investing RM140 million over the next two years to upgrade existing Ford showrooms – as well as adding three new dealers to our current network,” Lee added.
Ang Trading Batu Pahat is strategically located at Lot 1183, Jalan Mohd Akil, 83000, Batu Pahat, Johor. The showroom is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
