SHELL HELIX ULTRA CELEBRATES SUCCESS WITH TRADE PARTNERS
Shell Helix celebrated another successful year in 2014 as the leading passenger car motor oil brand in Malaysia by feting 700 key Shell Helix premium trade partner representatives from Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. The 2015 Shell Helix National Trade Dinner at Genting Highlands also recognised 12 mechanics from Helix Branded Workshops around the country as Platinum Heroes for their commitment to excellence in the automotive sector. These Platinum Heroes are measured by their skills, knowledge and passion in serving customers by giving the best in both service and products.
To mark the recent global partnership between Shell and BMW, Shell Helix gave away the Grand Lucky Prize of a brand new BMW 320i luxury sedan during the event.
Ms Cheong Chuu Yng, 26, from Perak was the big winner of the night and drove home the BMW. She received the keys to the new car from Shell Lubricants General Manager, Mr Leslie Ng.
“This is all about rewarding our trade partners for their partnership, dedication and commitment towards our end consumers. These trade partners are extremely important to us as they are the trusted experts in the eyes of consumers. We are delighted that they share the belief that our revolutionary Shell Helix Ultra with PurePlus Technology is far superior to any other motor oil the market,” said Mr Ng.
The latest product in the Shell Helix Ultra range is Shell’s most advanced motor oil and the first ever motor oil made from natural gas. It has virtually none of the impurities found in crude oil and delivers higher levels of cleansing and wear protection, hence, no other motor oil cleans your engine better. It works hard to protect the engine and deliver great performance even on demanding drives.

This year, Shell has embarked on an engineering partnership with BMW Motorsport. Shell scientists and BMW Engineers will work together to further develop cutting edge motor oil technology for race cars which will ultimately benefit everyday drivers.
