Fourth Generation Toyota Prius Spied!
Just a couple of months ago, we reported that the Prius would be replaced with an all-new model, and here it is.
This fourth generation was confirmed for a September 8th debut but pics were found circulating earlier today on the internet. The same thing happened with the Hilux, so maybe Toyota should invest on more stringent security measures. Or maybe this kind of publicity is good for them.
The new design follows closely in the footsteps of the Toyota Mirai. It features U-shaped projector headlamps with the same Mirai-shaped bumper. It’s definitely a lot more aggressive in terms of design and probably is a little bigger than the previous model as well. Expect increased efficiency from a 110kW hybrid powertrain that will be capable of a 56km all-electric range.
