Any fans of the Flying Finn? Today is renown F1 driver Mika Häkkinen’s 47^th birthday! Häkkinen started karting at just five years of age, only joining Formula 1 in 1991. By 1998, he was a World Champion, shaking Schumacher’s grip on F1 fans all over.

After retiring, he took some time off before entering the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) series and achieving mild success there. He now does driver management for a living and is the brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz AMG.
