In the UK it is compulsory for car owners to get a yearly check up to ensure their cars are road worth and this allows used car buyers a little piece of mind when looking at a potential used purchase. Now why are sharing this information with you? Well Malaysian car buyers buy a large number of used/reconditioned vehicles from the UK and the local sellers do not share historical maintenance and road worthiness information.
