Honda MSX 125 ‘Fun Bike’ Enters Malaysian Market
The anticipated Honda MSX 125 has been launched today by Boon Siew Honda. The fun bike has been a hit across the globe and the company expects to create a new trend in Malaysia with its style, performance, quality as well as usability.
The MSX 125 is powered by a 125 cc air-cooled single cylinder four-stroke engine that delivers 9.6 hp at 7,000 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm. Combined with a 5.7-litre fuel tank and Honda’s proven Programmed – Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) technology, the bike offers efficiency as well as range.
The chassis of the MSX 125 is constructed from a steel mono-backbone frame that is rigid yet flexible enough to allow a certain degree of yield, which enables it to better respond to changes on the road. Compact dimension of 1,755 mm in length, 730 mm in width and 1,000 mm in height makes the MSX 125 easy to manage and navigate through busy traffic.
In terms of looks, the MSX 125’s contemporary profile is highlighted by sleek fairings, sporty digital instrument panel as well as LED headlight and tail light.
The new Honda MSX 125 comes with an introductory price of RM11,128.94 (GST included), with a manufacturing warranty of two years or 20,000 km. It is available in two colours – Hyper Yellow and Burning Red.
