13 Facts you need to know about the RM85,800.00 Honda BR-V

Honda Malaysia has just launched the much anticipated BR-V seven seater Crossover. This all new model pricing starts from RM85,800 and there is a high specification version at RM92,800.00. Before you decide to buy this Honda Crossover we have some important details to share with you.

The BR-V comes with an ultra thin fuel tank which allows for better interior space and comfort and yet it still carries 42 liters of fuel for long journeys interstate.

The rear doors are the largest doors in the Honda MPV family. This allows for easy access for middle and rear passengers. Best for the older generation.

A CVT gearbox system was decided for class best performance and smoothness. The 120PS engine delivers a smooth 145Nm of torque.

The Honda Freed MPV weighed in at 1335kgs and with this BR-V Crossover the weight is just 1235kgs. This is a 100kgs lighter.

Emphasis on a stable drive with good suspension settings and a wise tire and rim choice which is 195/60/16 makes for a smooth highway drive.

In markets where this Honda BR-V is sold like Indonesia and Thailand, the 3rd row seat is used by passengers as well as for carrying goods with the 3rd row folded down.

The BR-V comes with sturdy aluminium roof rails. This is no simple accessory. These roof rails can actually carry 30kgs and it has been seen to be useful in markets like India and Thailand where owners use it to carry additional cargo.

Inside the BR-V you get theater style seating which allows 3rd row passengers to get a good view out.

This Honda BR-V crossover will be assembled at the Honda Melaka plant which will allow for better pricing (from RM85,800.00) and better after sales.
