My kids will not need a driving license. Sigh!
Let me share with you some shocking information. If you have kids in school today, chances are they will not be bugging you on their 17 birthday to send them to get their driving license. Why, well with autonomous driving technology on the lips of every CEO of a large company involved in technology, car manufacturing and even some Internet providers, most car manufacturer will be putting in showrooms full autonomous cars in the next 3-5 years.
Semi-autonomous cars are already in showrooms with legislation and insurance companies working fast to draw the boundary lines and new rules.
Personal mobility is changing and we will be slowly losing some of the joy we used to get from owning a car. The ‘transport pod’ is just around the corner.
