2Brabus Classic Mercedes Restorations with surprising price tags
At the recent Frankfurt Motor Show, extreme car tuner ‘Brabus’ showed a new side of their work. There was a whole section for Brabus classic cars model on display. This stand by no means was a range Mercedes Benz car that were modded/tuned back when it first launched. This was Brabus Classic.
Brabus Classic is a new business of high-end bespoke restorations as well as ensuring that older Mercedes-Benz cars get the proper maintenance and care they deserve.
According to the German tuner, they try to use original parts as much as possible, while providing expert leather upholstery work, paint jobs and even special requests, as long as your pockets are deep enough.
At the stand, Brabus Classic cars on display were the popular 280 SL, 280 SE 3.5, 600 Pullman or the 300 SL Roadster or the Gullwing, most of them cost well over USD600,000. The SL Gullwing or that orange SL Roadster, were worth around USD2.1 million.
According to Brabus Classic, the 600 Pullman is worth USD1.77 million, while a 280 SE 3.5 Cabriolet costs just under USD834,000. The cheapest model on display was the W113 280 SL, which had a price tag of USD355,000.
