Ralph Lauren Automotive Chronograph, Inspired By The Bugatti 57SC Atlantic
The Ralph Lauren Automotive collection recalls the daring sporting nature of racing enthusiasts and the artful elegance of classic automotive design. Inspired by Ralph Lauren’s own 1938 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupe, our 45 MM Ceramic Automotive watch features a distinctive outer elm burl wood dial reminiscent of the coveted car’s wooden dashboard and Arabic numerals that emulate those found on its vintage gauges.

Housed in a black matte ceramic case with an adjustable link bracelet, this self-winding timepiece features a matte galvanic dial with elapsed-time counters, a date display, a stop/start button and a printed tachymeter scale. This water-resistant chronograph has a power reserve of up to 65 hours that’s driven by a RL751A/1 caliber manufacture movement. Renowned and respected for his preservation of classic cars, Ralph Lauren combines a passion for speed and beauty in this collection, incorporating the ingenuity of fine engineering and captivating masculine design.

- Black matte ceramic case. Convex sapphire crystal. Tinted smoky sapphire crystal back is secured with six screws.
- Black matte galvanic center dial with brown elm burl wood outer decor. Shiny beige Super-LumiNova® printed Arabic numbers. Shiny black sword-shaped hands oxidized with beige Super-LumiNova®.
- Shiny beige baton-shaped seconds hand and sword-shaped hands on the elapsed-time subdials. Date display on the seconds subdial. Beige printed tachymeter scale. Chronograph start/stop button and a reset button.
- 44.80 mm case diameter. 12.20 mm case thickness. Water-resistant to 5 bar. Black matte ceramic bracelet with three rows, six adjustable links and two half links (145.60 mm-214 mm length).
- Three-part stainless steel folding clasp with a black PVD finish. Polished cover with our “RL” logo and twin security push buttons. Black matte ceramic crown with our “RL” logo.
- Self-winding. Manufacture mechanical movement. 65-hour power reserve. Hours, minutes, seconds and chronograph functions. 12-hour and 30-minute elapsed-time counters. Seconds subdial. Date display. Tachymeter scale.
- RL751A/1 caliber. 267 components. 39 jewels. 4 Hz frequency; 28,800 vibrations/hour. Vertical Côtes de Genève and Perlage decor. Swiss made.
