Audi had a busy day on the highway between Munich and Ingolstadt where the www.dsf.my spy photographers got to see a new version of the Q5 test prototype. Audi must reinvent this SUV in a major way to stay in the game dominated by the Mercedes GLC and the Volvo XC60.
We can see that designers have maintained the profile and the engineers will probably use the TFSI petrol-powered ultra model with 180 PS. The SQ5 should come out at the same time as the regular model and will pack twin-scroll turbo engine with 354 horsepower.
In a few more years, it’s possible that a twin-turbo RS Q5 model will follow. More information will be shared in time.
