Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) today announced a new colour scheme for the Y15ZR moped which is grey. As such, production of the current black colour scheme will come to a stop while the red and blue models will be offered as usual.
In addition to that, the basic sales price will be the same as before at RM8,210.76 (without insurance and road tax).
Introduced for the first time a year ago, the Y15ZR is powered by a 150 cc, single-cylinder engine that develops 15.4 PS at 8,500 rpm and 13.8 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The successor to the 135LC comes with a host of advanced features including LED lights all around, big 245 mm brake rotor as well as fuel injection system, to name a few.
