Cycle & Carriage today launched the Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile programme. This programme allows Mercedes-Benz customers in and around KL to have qualified technicians carry out scheduled maintainance at their home or office.
The first Star Mobile unit is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class equipped with all the necessary equipment and spare parts to carry out scheduled maintainance service. This also includes wiper blade replacements, key battery or infrared replacements and battery replacements.
To start, only one mobile unit will be available. But on the upside, the service fee has been temporarily waived for the first 3 months.
On top of convenience, this service also gives you a cost estimate ahead of the service, including itemised costs for parts and labour.
