By 2027, Honda also plans to launch a total of six Ye Series models in China. The Ye P7, Ye S7, and Ye GT Concept will be showcased at the 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2024) later this month.

Moreover, these models mark Honda’s shift towards electrification in China, enhancing driving pleasure while embracing individuality. They sport the new “H” logo emblem exclusive to the brand’s next-gen EVs, symbolising Honda’s commitment to innovation amidst China’s rapid EV transition.

Developed with customer value in mind, the Honda Ye Series models focus on human-centric design, driving performance, and intelligence integration. They incorporate the brand’s M/M Concept to maximise interior space and minimise mechanical components, along with a newly developed dedicated EV platform and advanced electrification technologies.

On top of that, the Ye P7 and Ye S7, the inaugural Ye Series models, offer rear-wheel and four-wheel drive variants, prioritising driving enjoyment. Both boast spacious cabins and intelligent features, exemplified by LED light patterns synchronised with AI assistance.

Scheduled for release by the end of 2024, the Ye P7 and Ye S7 embody distinct futuristic styles, reflecting Honda’s vision of intelligent mobility. The Ye GT Concept, embodying a “low and wide” silhouette reminiscent of Grand Tourers, promises an immersive driving experience akin to a race car. It introduces a far-focus display for the front passenger, akin to a private theatre.

Production models based on the Ye GT Concept are slated for release before the end of 2025, showcasing Honda’s commitment to advanced EV technologies. In alignment with the brand’s global carbon neutrality goal by 2050, the automaker plans to introduce ten EV models under the brand in China by 2027, aiming for EVs to constitute 100 percent of its China sales by 2035.
