BYD Sime Motors has hit an impressive milestone by delivering more than 100 units of the all-new BYD SEAL 6 within just one week of its official debut in Malaysia. The rapid rollout underscores the brand’s strong logistics network, efficient customer service, and growing demand for electric sedans in the country.
The BYD SEAL 6, available in Arctic White, Harbour Grey, and Misty Blue, has now reached showrooms across both Peninsular and East Malaysia. Early customers have already begun receiving their vehicles, marking the latest BYD model’s presence on Malaysian roads. The swift nationwide delivery highlights BYD Sime Motors’ readiness to meet local demand and its commitment to making EV ownership more accessible for Malaysians.

The BYD SEAL 6 represents BYD’s next step in advancing Malaysia’s EV adoption. Built on the brand’s advanced electric platform, the SEAL 6 combines sporty handling, efficiency, and practicality. It features a rear-wheel-drive layout, a dual ball-joint MacPherson strut suspension, and multi-link rear suspension—offering premium driving dynamics typically reserved for higher-end segments.
Inside, the SEAL 6 impresses with a spacious 525L cargo capacity, 24 smart storage compartments, and a refined cabin tailored for everyday comfort. The electric sedan delivers 160kW of power and 330Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100km/h sprint in just 7.5 seconds.
Priced from RM100,000 to RM115,800, early customers enjoy an exclusive launch package worth up to RM6,288, which includes a free wall charger or a 12-month mobile doorstep charging service (depending on residence type), along with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) adapter, Type 2 charging cable, and comprehensive warranty coverage of up to 8 years/160,000km for the Blade Battery.
