A landslide struck Taman United, Seputeh today (Monday) morning amid continuous heavy rain over the weekend, damaging vehicles and forcing over 100 residential units of a low-cost flat to be evacuated.




The collapsed slope crushed one car (pictured above), toppled another, and damaged several motorcycles. No injuries or casualties were reported.
Two residential blocks comprising 104 units were evacuated following discussions with the Seputeh parliamentary office and DBKL. Affected residents were relocated to the Sri Petaling Community Centre.
