The Eon Auto Mart in Melaka has been relocated and upgraded for Mitsubishi Motors customers.
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, in partnership with its authorized dealer EON Auto Mart (EAM), has announced the relocation and significant upgrade of its Melaka showroom. The facility has been transformed from a 1S (Sales) + 2S (Service & Spare Parts) operation into a comprehensive 3S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) Centre.
This investment underscores the shared commitment of MMM and EAM to enhance the ownership experience for Mitsubishi customers in Melaka, a key market for the brand.
A Strategic New Home
The upgraded 3S Centre is strategically located at No. 1, Jalan Autocity 3, Melaka Autocity, Hang Tuah Jaya, 76100, Durian Tunggal, Melaka. The newly relocated facility boasts a building size of 7,465 square feet and is designed in line with Mitsubishi Motors’ global brand identity, reflecting the message “Drive Your Ambition”.
Takashi Sakamaki, CEO of MMM, highlighted Melaka’s importance, noting that the state is among the top three for Triton presence, and the Xpander is the No. 1 non-national MPV in both Melaka and Malaysia. “This new facility represents our commitment to serving them better with enhanced comfort, improved services, and a more rewarding ownership experience,” he added.
Enhanced Facilities and Service Capacity
The new facility is built to provide comprehensive services and improved customer amenities:
- Showroom: The spacious showroom can accommodate six display vehicles.
- Service Bays: Equipped with 10 service bays and seven hoists.
- Customer Amenities: Features a dedicated sales delivery area, comfortable customer lounge, free Wi-Fi, and a kids’ play area.
- Operating Hours: EAM, Melaka is open from Mondays to Sundays, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
🤝 Two Decades of Partnership
The relocation also marks a significant milestone in the partnership between MMM and EAM. EON Auto Mart has been a valued partner of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia since 2005.
CEO Takashi Sakamaki proudly stated: “Our partnership has spanned two decades, and as we celebrate 20 years anniversary this year, I am proud to say that we continue to grow stronger with time”. EAM now operates nine Mitsubishi Motors showrooms nationwide.
