Strategically situated in the historical city of Ipoh, this new facility significantly enhances accessibility for customers in the Northern region and is positioned as a full premier EV showroom hub.

Leapmotor Ipoh is a comprehensive 3S centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts), reflecting a significant investment in both sales and comprehensive aftersales services.
The state-of-the-art facility spans 8,400 square feet across two levels, featuring:

- Customer Experience: Two dedicated delivery bays, immersive digital brand experience zones, and a customer lounge.

Dedicated Aftersales and Technical Expertise
The showroom includes a dedicated aftersales facility exclusive for Leapmotor vehicles. This facility is equipped with dedicated, state-of-the-art EV tools, including specialized high-voltage diagnostic systems, battery conditioning equipment, and proprietary Leapmotor software for vehicle diagnostics.
Furthermore, every team member at Leapmotor Ipoh has completed extensive training to acquire full technical expertise in Leapmotor EVs. Customers are also offered extended warranty and service packages, along with essential 24/7 roadside assistance.

Leapmotor Ipoh operates daily for sales from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Aftersales services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
