BMW Motorrad Malaysia has officially launched the New BMW M 1000 R Competition, a “Hyper Naked” counterpart to the recently debuted M 1000 RR Competition. Engineered to translate raw superbike performance into an unfiltered naked form, the M 1000 R Competition is designed for riders who demand racetrack-bred performance with everyday agility and street-focused character.

The M 1000 R Competition is powered by the same race-bred engine as its RR sibling, setting a new benchmark for power and performance in the Hyper Naked segment.

Rider control is enhanced by the M short-stroke throttle, which features a 58-degree rotation angle for hyper-responsive input. The Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) has been fine-tuned to reflect RR-level performance, particularly in Race Mode, providing refined slip control.

- Design Details: Features a striking dual-flow LED headlight with the M logo displayed in the air intake. The rear frame and swingarm are finished in Platinum Grey metallic, while black structural winglets and covers reinforce its aggressive, motorsport-inspired design.

The new M 1000 R Competition is offered exclusively as the M Competition variant in Blackstorm metallic M Motorsport colours. This comprehensive package delivers a significant upgrade through high-performance add-ons:
- M Carbon Package: Includes various matte-finish carbon components, such as the front and rear wheel covers, tank cover, airbox cover, wind deflector, side panels, and the passenger seat cover.
