Developed in collaboration with UIB.ai, this innovative system allows travelers to manage their entire journey—from searching routes to receiving boarding passes—entirely within WhatsApp, without the need for separate apps or accounts.
Seamless Travel via WhatsApp
The new platform is designed to meet customers on a messaging service they already use daily. By sending a simple “Hi” to +6012-245 4548, passengers can access a range of automated services:
- Instant Route Search: Quickly find available travel options across Malaysia.
- Seat Availability Checks: View real-time seating for preferred trips.
- Secure Ticket Purchase: Complete transactions safely within the chat environment.
- Customer Support: Access help and passenger support directly through the messaging interface.
Setting a New National Benchmark
This initiative marks the first time a Malaysian public transport operator has fully integrated ticketing and support into WhatsApp. Beyond immediate convenience, the platform aims to reduce terminal queue times, improve operational accuracy, and encourage digital adoption across all passenger demographics.
