Caltex Malaysia gets new leadership with Leong Jee Wong now at the helm.
Caltex Malaysia has officially announced the appointment of Leong Jee Wong as its new Country Chairman. A veteran of the energy sector with over 27 years of experience, Leong steps into the role to lead the company’s next phase of growth in the Malaysian market.

Leong takes the helm after serving as the Fuels & Lubricants Manager for Singapore, where he oversaw sales channels for both segments. His appointment marks a return to Malaysia, having previously served as the Area Transportation & Operations Manager in the country from 2017 to 2020.
A Veteran with 20 Years at Caltex
Leong’s journey with Caltex began in 2005, and over the past two decades, he has built a comprehensive portfolio across the company’s downstream business. His expertise spans a wide array of critical functions, including:
- Merchandising
- Commercial & Industrial Fuels
- Product Supply and Distribution
- Terminal Operations
- Lubricants Sales across Southeast Asia
