LEPAS Malaysia hasn’t officially launched, but their network is already rolling out.

Ahead of its official Malaysian market debut in the first half of 2026, LEPAS Malaysia has announced an aggressive network expansion strategy designed to establish a strong nationwide presence. The brand has confirmed the establishment of 20 sales and service outlets strategically located across major urban centers in Peninsular and East Malaysia, with plans to reach a total of 30 strategic touchpoints by the end of 2026.

Elegant Mobility Built on Global Foundations

The LEPAS name—a fusion of Leopard, Leap, and Passion—reflects the brand’s core philosophy of nature-inspired aesthetics and forward-looking energy. Backed by the extensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities of the Chery Group, LEPAS utilizes a new global New Energy Vehicle (NEV) platform. This flexible architecture is engineered to support a variety of powertrain options, including internal combustion engines, hybrids, and fully electric systems.

The upcoming model lineup for Malaysia will comprise the L4, L6, and L8 SUVs. These vehicles are built around three pillars: “Leopard Aesthetics” for design, “Exquisite Space” for product strength, and “Elegant Driving” at its core. The brand aims to empower users to “Drive Your Elegance,” targeting a creative and connected generation that seeks a balance between career, family, and personal passion.

To ensure a high standard of service from day one, LEPAS is focusing on the “software” of its network as much as the physical showrooms:

  • Certified Personnel: All sales and service staff will undergo proprietary training programs to ensure they meet the brand’s global standards.
  • Support Infrastructure: A comprehensive parts supply network and warranty support systems are being established to provide long-term peace of mind for owners.
  • Lifestyle Experience Center: LEPAS will introduce a signature immersive space in the Klang Valley. This center will feature curated lifestyle zones where customers can experience the brand’s “Elegant Mobility Life” firsthand.

Malaysian customers will be among the first in the region to experience the brand, which is also rapidly expanding across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the brand prepares for its 2026 debut, the growing network of 20 showrooms in states such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang, Sarawak, and Sabah marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to the Malaysian automotive landscape.
