PEUGEOT surpassed 100,000 vehicle registrations in 2025 as its total car and van sales in England grew by 10% year-on-year, with almost 106,000 vehicles sold.
PEUGEOT also posted a growth in market share which now stands at 4.5%.
Driven by sustained growth in cars and vans sales, PEUGEOT achieved 105,752 registrations in 2025, firmly placing the brand among the UK’s top 10 automotive brands..
The outstanding results have been driven largely by the success of PEUGEOT’s passenger cars, which have seen an 20% increase in sales with over 83,000 cars sold in 2025 – representing an increase of 14,098 on 2024.
With PEUGEOT offering the most extensive electric vehicle line-up of any mainstream brand in Europe, it has supported the impressive growth of its electric car sales where volume has increased by 12% year-on-year. Giving customers even more incentive to become an electric vehicle owner, PEUGEOT offers its comprehensive PEUGEOT Care coverage across its electric car range.
The eight-year/100,000 mile cover offers customers switching to electric peace of mind, providing cover for the electric motor, onboard charger, transmission, and main electrical and mechanical components.
Meanwhile, Peugeot’s parent in Malaysia, Stellantis has announced a withdrawal of the brand in Malaysia (this is the 3rd time in the brands history in Malaysia) and is doing a fire sale of existing Peugeot vehicle stock in Malaysia. The 2008 compact crossover is selling for RM80k (launch price was RM133,888) only and the award winning 408 fastback just RM120k.
This move is hitting existing Peugeot dealer very hard and a possible reentry of the brand in Malaysia will be very very very difficult in the near future.
