JETOUR T2 Global Sales Success

To start, the T2 features a “boxy” aesthetic similar to the Land Rover Defender, attracting customers looking for a fashionable and rugged SUV.

The T2 is offering advanced technology, premium design and solid performance at a very competitive price, which makes it a “high-value alternative” to more established, expensive auto brands.

This model offers 4-wheel drive capability and is considered an ideal “light off-road” SUV suitable for both urban commuting and weekend adventures.

Did you know that in South Africa, the T2 immediately became the brand’s best-selling model after its November 2025 launch, propelling JETOUR to all-time high sales.

Also, the T2 has helped fuel JETOUR’s overall growth, with the parent brand reaching a record 622,590 units (combined) globally in 2025.

Then, this T2 has solidified its position as a high-value alternative, with high popularity in the Gulf region where the T2 became the most successful Chinese SUV in the UAE immediately following its January 2024 launch. By February 2025, it rose to the 4th best-selling vehicle overall in the market.

The JETOUR T2 has been described as the “hottest car” in Dubai. By the end of 2024, the JETOUR T2 reached an impressive 2nd place in the overall Qatar SUV market, with a 5.5% market share and by early 2025, the T2 directly threatened the Toyota Land Cruiser’s decades-long dominance in Qatar, securing a 9.3% market share and ranking 2nd overall.

For the Malaysian market, the heart of the JETOUR T2 is a 2.0 litre turbocharged direct injection (TGDi) engine producing 180kW of power and 375Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (7DCT).

Power is delivered through JETOUR’s Intelligent XWD system, featuring 7+X drive modes that continuously adapt torque distribution according to terrain and driving conditions. The system enhances traction, stability and control to inspire confidence behind the wheel. The JETOUR T2 rides on 255/60 R19 alloy wheels, reinforcing its commanding stance and off-road readiness.
