Honda CR-V Dual-Tone Edition arrives with just 300 units available nationwide.

The CR-V, Honda Malaysia’s longest-standing model, is now available as a limited edition Dual-Tone Edition with just 300 units available. Since its local assembly began at the Melaka plant in 2003, close to 149,000 units of the CR-V have been sold nationwide, reinforcing its strong position in the market.

The Dual-Tone Aesthetic: First for the CR-V Line-Up

The Dual-Tone Edition marks the first time a dual-tone exterior has been offered in the CR-V line-up. This refreshed look is available for the E and V variants. The styling upgrade features a sleek black finish on the roof, side pillars, and side mirrors. This contrast complements the SUV’s existing exterior features, enhancing its modern and refined aesthetic. The CR-V Dual-Tone Edition is powered by the advanced 1.5L VTEC Turbocharged Engine. It is available in two distinct colour options:

  • Ignite Red Metallic: A vibrant red that commands attention.
  • Platinum White Pearl: A refined white that reflects sophisticated taste.

Pricing Remains Unchanged with Anniversary Campaign

In conjunction with the Company’s 25th Anniversary “Because of You” Campaign, Honda Malaysia has retained the original pricing for the CR-V Dual-Tone Edition:

The CR-V holds a significant place in Honda Malaysia’s history, marked by numerous market firsts:

  • 2003: The CR-V became the first model to be locally assembled at the Melaka plant.
  • 4th Generation (2013): Launched during Honda Malaysia’s 10th production anniversary, it was hailed as the “Premium Smart SUV” and led the SUV market.
  • 5th Generation (2017): Became the first SUV in Southeast Asia to offer Honda SENSING and to feature the 1.5L VTEC Turbocharged Engine.

The CR-V Dual-Tone Edition is launched as part of Honda Malaysia’s major 25th Anniversary “Because of You” Campaign, a three-month nationwide celebration running from October 1 to December 31, 2025. This campaign is the company’s way of expressing gratitude to customers for their unwavering support and features the biggest rewards and prizes in its history, valued up to RM1 million. Here are some details on the campaign.

Lucky Draw: Six Honda Cars to be Won

The highlight of the campaign is the lucky draw offering six brand-new Honda models as prizes:

  • Honda WR-V RS
  • Honda City RS
  • Honda City Hatchback RS
  • Honda Civic RS
  • New Honda HR-V (V variant)
  • Honda CR-V e:HEV RS

Customers who test drive or register any Honda model at any authorised dealership during the campaign period will receive at least one lucky draw entry. Two winners will be announced each month. Honda Insurance Plus (HiP) rebates are also part of the prize pool.

Exclusive Rewarding Programmes

Beyond the lucky draw, the campaign introduces several exclusive programmes offering cash rebates or service vouchers:
