Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Fortifies Service Network with 42 New AMA Graduates.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has once again demonstrated its commitment to automotive excellence by celebrating the graduation of 42 globally certified technicians from its prestigious Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) Program.

Held in August 2025, the ceremony marked a significant milestone in the company’s talent development strategy, ensuring that the luxury marque continues to deliver world-class customer service across the nation.
This latest cohort of apprentices joins an elite group of over 950 graduates produced by the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy since its inception in 1984. These new graduates have now officially joined the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Customer Services Network, which boasts a workforce of over 1,000 highly skilled service personnel.

In addition to the apprentices, the brand recognized 37 retail personnel from Malaysia and Singapore who achieved professional certifications in C-Management, Certified Service Advisor, and Certified Diagnostic Technician roles.
The Advanced Modern Apprenticeship is designed to set the gold standard for automotive technical training. Key aspects of the program include:
- Significant Investment: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia invests approximately RM100,000 per student over the three-year course.
- Global Certification: Graduates receive multiple globally recognized certifications, meeting strict international benchmarks.
- Job Security: Upon completion, graduates are offered a four-year guaranteed employment opportunity within the company’s Service Network.
- Career Progression: The program offers a structured ladder for continuous upskilling, including pathways to become Certified Diagnosis Technicians and Service Advisors.
The graduation underscores the brand’s dedication to nurturing Malaysian youth and preparing them for high-demand careers in the automotive sector.
The automotive landscape is shifting rapidly toward electrification and advanced mobility solutions. The recognition of the 37 retail personnel highlights Mercedes-Benz’s strategy to keep its workforce ahead of the curve.

By encouraging continuous upskilling, the brand ensures its teams are equipped to handle new technologies, diagnostic tools, and Electric Vehicle (EV) innovations.
With this latest graduation, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia reaffirms its position not just as a luxury car manufacturer, but as a leader in vocational training and sustainable mobility. By investing heavily in the “People behind the Star,” the company ensures that every customer touchpoint is managed by trained, motivated, and passionate professionals.
