This VW SUV is launched in China with two distinct variants with retail pricing ranging from CNY191,900 to CNY207,900.

Inside, both models boast a high-tech cockpit featuring a 12.9-inch central touchscreen, a 10.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a dedicated entertainment screen for the front passenger. A newly designed steering wheel comes standard. Notably, the Tiguan L ePro will offer a “Queen’s co-pilot” seat, designed for maximum passenger comfort.
It is also equipped with a 22 kWh lithium manganese iron phosphate + ternary lithium battery pack featuring a “Five-Protection” safety system. The ePro duo also integrates the Zhuoyu Xingyun Intelligent Driving Assistance System, supporting highway NOA, multi-level memory parking, and path-tracing reverse.
Under the hood, the 1.5T engine delivers a maximum power of 95 kW, while the electric motor contributes 145 kW. This much better hybrid Tiguan comes after the previous model that was launched in Europe sometime in 2020.
