Peugeot Blaster Scooter
The Peugeot Blaster could be the fastest accelerating production 50CC scooter on the planet and in Malaysia if it starts selling here. Today Peugeot provides the R-Cup, a restricted edition with race design to celebrate the business’s legendary achievements. At merely 79.5kg the R-Cup is one of the lightest scooters in its sector, whilst its horizontally mounted 50cc motor pumps out 6.2bhp in derestricted form, giving a class-leading power-to-weight rate. The derestricted model is good for 45mph.
The Blaster R-Cup sits on all-white 1in rim tri-spoke wheels with lower profile tyres and upside down forks, which deliver precise and responsive handling. Stopping energy is supplied by a substantial 170mm wavy disk brake in the front, associated with a disc brake in the rear.
This eye-catching motorbike, in its white and red livery, is packed with quality detailing which includes aluminium footplates and handlebar ends, carbon impact mirrors and also a 2-tone sports seat.
Some other extras incorporate side panels with air scoops and sports belly pan, color matched rear spoiler and bronze fork jams.
The Blaster R-Cup sets the pace with its amazing power-to-weight ratio and it’s outstanding when it comes to value too. To date there is no official distributor here but with Nasim actively pushing the Peugeot brand in Malaysia and the region we could see the Peugeot scooter and bicycle range arriving here at reasonable prices.
