Air Asia X and GSR Racing, A Winning Combination
Air Asia has officially announced its sponsorship for local racing team GSR Motorsports. For the APRC 2011 season, the 2wd Satria Neo driven by team principal Guneseelan Rajoo will be the principal sponsored car looking for a clear win in the next round in Brisbane, Australia. Air Asia’s CEO, Azran Osman Rani said, ‘the sponsorship reach looks towards all our AirAsia X destinations and with a winning team we are looking at reaching out to a new audience for our ‘X’ flights. For the 2011 Malaysian rally championship, GSR will have 8 cars carrying the AirAsia branding with a team of International and local favorites behind the wheel.
