FORD 3S DEALERSHIP OPENS AT KAYU ARA, DAMANSARA
Capital Intertrade Sdn Bhd has become the newest member of the growing Ford sales and after-sales network in Malaysia with the opening of its 3S showroom at Kayu Ara Damansara. The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of public-listed Permaju Industries Berhad, was officially appointed as a sales and after-sales dealer for Ford vehicles by Sime Darby Auto ConneXion. The Ford corporate identity-compliant showroom has the capacity to display up to five vehicles in a 2800 square feet showroom. The full-fledged 4900 square feet service centre, equipped with four dedicated service bays, three hoists and an alignment machine, is able to service up to 15 vehicles per day.
The new 3S dealership is set to contribute to the continuing renaissance of the Ford marque in Malaysia, which was sparked by the hugely successful launch of the Fiesta compact car in October last year. This year has already seen Ford launch the new Mondeo sedan and S-Max MPV equipped with EcoBoost engines, with a promise of more exciting models to come in the second half of 2011.
