Honda Pilot for 2012, first details here
Malaysia never saw the earlier Honda Pilot but this new model will surely arrive at our shores via parallel importers. Launch date will be right after the Tokyo Motor Show this year end. At first glance, there doesn’t appear to be anything exceptional about this vehicle. But then, what consumers will love about this reliable family car is that can carry up to eight people and their luggage. The changes on the new car’s exterior are plainer compared to those on the older model. The 2012 Honda Pilot got a new redesigned fascia that’s very different from the previous model’s eye-catching sci-fi inspired version. The lower edge and fog lights were redesigned to give it a look that’s more compact. Honda told customers that its fuel efficiency rating will be boosted due to a six-speed automatic transmission that replaces the previous model’s five gear unit. Its interior has received improvements to its navigation and audio system. The model actually needed to get an upgrade in terms of sat-nav and audio. The new Pilot will be available with a new set of paint color options and a new wheel design.
