11,000 Perodua Staff Members Benefit From Road Safety Campaign

As part of Perodua’s continued commitment towards safety and the well-being of its staff, the compact car company has conducted a month-long safety campaign for 11,000 of its staff nationwide. The Perodua Safety Campaign, which is an annual safety reminder programme, includes vehicle inspection, safety equipment hand outs, work and driving safety tips as well as safety talks to its staff.

“Perodua has always placed a great value in safety and want to further emphasise the need to be safe during this festive season,” said Perodua’s President and CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh.

The Perodua Safety Campaign, which is being held between 1st July and 31st July, reached its peak today with Datuk Aminar and other top Perodua management giving away safety vests and stickers to 50 staff in a symbolic gesture as a reminder to keep safe while on the road.


The annual safety campaign is organised with the objective of instilling the importance of road safety and the dangers of disobeying safety traffic rules particularly during peak seasons. In line with the safety campaign, Perodua is also organising its Tweckbot service for its customers where they get to enjoy a free 50-point vehicle inspection at selected locations across the country.
