Alfa Romeo Giulia Interior Photos Surface

The wait is over. Today, pictures of the Alfa Romeo Giulia’s lovely interior surfaced on internet. They reveal the car’s very sporty cabin, which features generous amounts of carbon fibre and Alcantara.

Starting with the centre console, we find gloss-finished carbon fibre trim. It’s uncertain if it’s real carbon fibre, but Alfa is unlikely to skimp in this department. The 6-speed gear shifter features a spherical knob that’s covered in a little bit more of the lightweight material and has a leather (or leatherette) cover with two-toned stitching. It also appears as if the Giulia will be housing all of its media controls down here, as is the current trend.

The door covers look nice, bulky and possible soft-to-the-touch. Door handles appear to be made of metal and there are black plastic inserts as well as stitching.

The dashboard flows uninterrupted from one end to the other, draping the information cluster and providing a little shade over the media unit’s display. That’s a good blend of form and function there. Air conditioner vents and controls are lower down on the dashboard.

Rear headroom looks generous despite the coupe-like slope. The rear bench does look a little bit too upright, but that could just be the camera angle playing tricks.

Black plastic inserts around the wing mirrors complete the modern aesthetic. And no, that’s not Putin pictured.

A nice little metal insert with the Alfa Romeo name stamped.

Alcantara on leather seats with the Alfa logo embossed on the headrest. Very nice.

Carbon fibre even on the backs of the seats! Also note the circular rear air vents denoting sportiness.
