0Tokyo Motor Show Just Weeks Away
The Tokyo Motor Show opens later this month and will feature state-of-the-art fuel-cell cars and sports models as well as driverless vehicles.
About 160 companies from 11 countries will showcase their automobiles at the event to be held between October 29th and November 8th. Seventy-six models will have their world premiere at the show. Visitors will be able to test-drive vehicles in a futuristic city created by not only automakers but also companies from the communications, housing, advanced materials and other industries. The vehicles will include self-driving models and ultramini electric cars.
New car sales in Japan have fallen for 9 months in a row and the coming Tokyo Motor Show is predicted to boost domestic sales as well as show the global markets the next generation models that will enter their Individual markets.
