BMW M2 To Revive E30 M3 Desires, Video

BMW will stage the North American debuts of several major products at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, including the M2 and the X4 M40i, making global premieres. BMW fans in the US will be happy to take a look at the all new M2 which has been described by many as the true spiritual successor of the classic E30 M3. It has a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six petrol engine, pushing out 365hp and 464Nm of torque with a 499Nm overboost function. It can be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. 0-100 km/h acceleration takes 4.4 seconds (manual) or 4.2 seconds (automatic).
