Which MANUAL Gearshift Is Your Favorite?
The Audi R8 will provide a gearshift that fits your palm and allows you to feel every click and gate it moves into.
The Honda Type R shift above looks great and feels great under your hands, but when the weather is hot or you have parked under the sun too long……hmmm the tune changes and you need a cloth to use on top of the shifter until the metal cools down.
No issue in the sun or in the late evening with this Nissan gearshift but the visual stimulation is totally missing for such a stylish looking sports car.
The classic manual gearshift from the legendary Mercedes 190E. In the 1980s, very nice…..but today….a tad boring but we could easily live with it.
From Fuji Heavy Industries……….a gearshift that looks and feels great.
Not a common sight but if all VW GTi’s were sold with this gearbox and shifter, VW will be a happier! The Original Golf gearknob.
Another very inviting and sexy looking Honda gearshift which is found in the Civic Type R.
But it is the Mazda MX5 gearshift that we want to live with. Has visual appeal, feels great under the palm and easy to use under the hot sun!
