Naza Kia Opens New 3S Outlet in Jalan Pahang

Naza Kia Malaysia has opened its latest 3S (sales, service and spare parts) outlet in Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur.

Sitting on a 16,200 square foot area, the 3S centre is managed by MPV Car Service Sdn Bhd. It has the ground capacity to display up to four cars in the showroom area, and four service bays with the capability to service up to 14 cars per day.

With a built up cost of RM1.5 million, the outlet provides amenities for customers servicing their cars such as lounge and wifi. It will serve Kia owners in Jalan Pahang, Jalan Genting Kelang, Setapak and Titiwangsa areas, which are seen as fast developing areas within the city.

“This 3s centre is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur giving it an advantage to serve the needs of both potential customers and Kia owners,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George, Group Chief Operating Officer, Automotive Group, Naza Corporation Holdings.

Naza Kia Malaysia currently has 33 service outlets. This outlet is one of the five service outlets to be launched nationwide and is part of the network extension exercise to upgrade all its outlets to 3s centres.

“Our network will be further strengthened with the introduction of 5 (this included) new outlets. We will be streamlining and enhancing standards across the current network with our on-going network enhancement exercise for outlets in every major market by targeting quality and efficiency improvement. Through this exercise, customers will be able to enjoy exceptional new sales-vehicle delivery and quick turnaround time for after sales service,” added Dato’ Samson.
