After three months of settling in and ensuring smooth operations – Wearnes Automotive today held a launch and appreciation night for its customers and media to celebrate the new Volkswagen Sg Besi outlet.
This full-fledged, one-stop centre caters to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners – from sales to aftersales, service and repair, parts, body and paint, alignment and tires and air-conditioning servicing.
A total of RM6 million was invested on this new location, and the new Volkswagen Sg Besi now spans over 75,181sqft over two floors allocated for a showroom capable of displaying nine vehicles, and aftersales facilities. There is a total of 34 service bays with a team of 34 experienced certified technicians to cater to customer needs. Moreover, key upgrades were also done to the tools and equipment for aftersales.
For customer convenience, new covered carparks have been added for customer convenience, as well as a new modern waiting lounge complete with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
