Rolls-Royce Black Badge to Make South East Asian Debut at Bangkok Motor Show 2017

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the world’s leading luxury house, will bring a bolder and edgier presence to the 38th Bangkok International Motor Show as it showcases its most powerful model, the 624bhp, 870Nm twin-turbocharged V12 Wraith Black Badge for the first time in South East Asia.

The most luxurious brand at the show will also offer a rare chance for media to interview a Rolls-Royce Bespoke Designer from Goodwood, responsible for designing the iconic Kochamongkol Ghost Extended Wheelbase.

An alter-ego for a new breed of customer

Black Badge is an attitude to life, a new aspect of the Rolls-Royce brand that appeals to people who are elusive and defiant, the risk takers and disruptors who break the rules and laugh in the face of convention.

Technically and aesthetically, Black Badge is the alter ego of Rolls-Royce: darker, more assertive, more confident and powerful, and more demanding. Wraith Black Badge, the most powerful expression of this new ethos, will make its first public appearance in South East Asia at the 38th Bangkok International Motor Show 2017, from 28 March to 9 April 2017.

Rolls-Royce is Bespoke

The many facets of Bespoke, available to every connoisseur who commissions a Rolls-Royce, means that they can count on having their desire for a truly personal car fulfilled in the most fitting manner to them. True to this promise, virtually every car that left Goodwood in 2016 was Bespoke.

Victor Braun, an emerging Bespoke design talent from Goodwood, is primarily responsible for working on customer one-offs, and will be on hand at the booth to answer any questions on Bespoke from 28 – 29 March 2017. He will also be showcasing past and current work, including Bespoke one-offs destined for Thailand in the near future.
