Has Volkswagen forgotten about a new Scirocco?
Is there a new Scirocco generation coming the next couple of years? The Volkswagen Scirocco model range has always been based on the VW Golf despite not being as popular and also practical as its hatchback brother and, while the VW Golf is currently in its seventh generation, the Scirocco was only produced in three generations.
The current version has been around since 2008 but it has received a facelift just last year and we are wondering why is there no word on a future Volkswagen Scirocco. Will it skip another generation and wait to appear again when the 9th generation VW Golf arrives?
Any details on the new Volkswagen Scirocco generation are limited for the moment.
