0Hyundai Rally hits SS9 Antisanti with force
The Hyundai drivers set the first and second fastest times in this first stage of the day which is 53.78km – the longest stage of the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse 2017. Thierry Neuville set the best time, 32:34.6, one tenth in front of Dani Sordo. The third fastest was Craig Breen +1.7 seconds, while Sébastien Ogier loses 21.4 seconds to Neuville with intermittent electrical problems. The perfomances of Neuville and Sordo, combined with Ogier’s issue means that the two Hyundai drivers are now leading the rally. The Ford driver, provisionally third is now under the threat of Breen +13.7 seconds and Jari-Matti Latvala +15.7
