Lexus again No.1, according to J.D. Power
Toyota Motor Corp.’s luxury brand Lexus topped the chart as the most dependable brand for the 7th year in a row, followed by Porsche, according to J.D. Power’s annual U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, released last week Wednesday.
Dependability is measured by the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles, with a lower score signifying higher quality. This year’s study assesses vehicles from the 2015 model year. Rounding out the top five brands were Infiniti and Kia.
