12 More Proton Outlets Approved for 3S and 4S Status
Proton has announced that another 12 dealers have been approved for 3S and 4S status. Out of these, six were new dealers.
The six new investors are: Victorange Sdn Bhd, Fook Loi Corporation (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (Kota Kinabalu), Fook Loi Corporation (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (Sandakan), Ming Heng Sdn Bhd, Grand Arena Automotive Sdn Bhd and YS Autoworld Sdn Bhd.
According to Thomas Chiu Kui Yin, Group Executive Director of Fook Loi Corporation, he has always believed in the national car capabilities to conquer the market once again. So confident that he invested in two dealer outlets, one as a 4S flagship centre in Kota Kinabalu, and another, a 3S centre in Sandakan.
“With Geely partnering Proton, the potential for Proton to grow looks even more promising. Geely, with its technologically inclined line-up of cars, together with strong sales and service platform of new Proton roadmap, I am optimistic Proton will be able to re-brand itself as a competitive player in the market”, he said.
True to the brand’s commitment to serve customers better, outlets are starting to re-brand itself to be more prominent, enticing and attractive. Interior and exteriors of outlets are being enhanced with new and refreshed look to ensure a smooth customer experience when they walk into Proton outlets.
To-date, 93 outlets have been approved for upgrades to 3S and 4S, achievement of 85% against target. There are 16
outlets remaining to achieve the target of 109, which Proton is confident of achieving.
