Cars International Raises Prices & Raises Customers Tempers

If you visit any big shopping mall in the country, there is a good chance that you have seen their car wash facilities in the mall car park. You probably have used their services at least once just like we have. Many expensive MPV, SUV and car owners, especially ladies will buy their yearly membership and use them as a ‘valet’ as they will find and provide a car park space for your car after they wash and vacuum it and this has been a great selling feature for the rich.

“Get your car cleaned and then parked for your convenience”. Plus, their car wash facilities are almost always very near to the escalators for easy access.

This ‘advantage’ has allowed Cars International to keep raising their prices, to be precise, a 100% increase from 2018 to RM20.00 in January 2019. This even applies to their members and now their customers are starting to get upset and have hit out on their facebook page.

A Cars International regular customer ( SUV driving mom) contacted www.dsf.my and wanted us to highlight this to see if its fair or not to raise prices by 100% in a year when water tariffs have not been raised. What do you think?
