Naza Italia Previews Ferrari F8 Tributo, RM1.068m Before Duties
At an event last week, Naza Italia officially previewed Ferrari’s latest mid-rear engined V8 Berlinetta, the F8 Tributo. This, just about a month after the car got its global premiere in Geneva.
Replacing the Ferrari 488 GTB, the F8 Tributo has better comfort, about 50 more horsepower, 10% better aerodynamic efficiency, 40 kg less dry weight, a smaller steering wheel and a host of new software solutions. These include Side Slip Angle Control version 6.1 and the latest Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer (FDE+).
Design is where the F8 Tributo really flexes. Ferrari’s design language is about to take its biggest leap yet, and this is the model that will help them get across.
At the front, the S-Duct from the 488 Pista makes an appearance, though altered slightly.
Smaller, horizontally aligned LED headlights create the aerodynamically-optimised face of the F8 Tributo.
At the rear, a new Lexan polycarbonate screen acts as a showcase for the engine à la the F40.
Under the transparent cover sits Ferrari’s perfected 3.9L twin turbocharged petrol engine with 710hp and 770Nm of torque.
Inside, the Ferrari F8 Tributo has the familiar driver-focused cockpit but with a more modern twist.
They’ve reworked the infotainment system and there’s even a new 7″ touchscreen for the passenger.
Naza Italia will offer the Ferarri F8 Tributo with a base price of RM1,068,000.
