Toyota and Shell Malaysia Offering Free Inspection for ALL Car Brands
UMW Toyota Motor and Shell Malaysia have launched the “Balik Kampung Safety Campaign” that is aimed to make motoring safer for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri and other festivities.
Through this campaign, both Toyota and Shell are offering 36-point free inspections to vehicles of ALL makes at 20 selected Shell stations nationwide. The inspections will be conducted by trained personnel from Toyota.
Each inspection should take not more than 15 minutes. Car owners who send their vehicles for the free vehicle inspection will receive a goodie bag while Toyota car owners will receive an additional 10% discount voucher for selected parts purchased at Toyota service centres. On top of that, the first 10 customers of the day will receive a RM10 Shell fuel voucher.
This collaboration with Shell Malaysia also enables Toyota car owners to conveniently replace their airbag inflator system (subject to eligibility and car model) at these selected Shell stations. Depending on the model, the replacement work will take about one hour to be completed.
Owners can check their vehicle status at toyota.com.my, or at the service counters at these Shell stations. Those eligible for the airbag replacement will get a Service Discount Booklet as well.
The free vehicle inspections will start from 10am to 5pm, from 23-25 May for Sarawak, 23-26 May for Sabah and from 30 May-2 June for Peninsular Malaysia. Below is the list of the participating Shell stations:
