Perodua Narrows the Demand Gap for the Aruz

Just about every model Perodua releases is popular, and the Aruz is no exception. More than ever, Malaysians are getting Toyota-levels of build quality and reliability in an affordable package.

It’s no surprise that demand has been through the roof, but Perodua’s latest report states that the company is quickly closing the gap between orders and deliveries. At present, 13,000 of the 25,000 booking have been fulfilled.

This accounts for more than half of all orders taken.

“We have managed to increase Perodua Aruz deliveries to an average of 110 units daily from 100 previously. We are continuing to work closely with our suppliers to further shrink the gap between orders and deliveries,” said Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Zainal Abidin Ahmad. “To our valued customers whose new cars we could not deliver in time for Raya, we apologise most sincerely and humbly.”
