Brembo Launches Bahasa Malaysia Website
There are cars that can brake from a high speed of 100 km/h to standstill in just 2.2 seconds. These are sports cars straight out of the showroom and not Formula One race cars. These are high-performance road cars from Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and even Aston Martin which all get their braking systems from original equipment supplier Brembo who provide simply the worlds best braking systems.
Today, you will find hot hatch owners with their 300bhp machines using Brembo aftermarket brake systems to ensure they stop in time. Then there are simple ride hailing car owners who will install ‘fake’ Brembo look-alike calipers on their cars to give that sporty look.
So, Brembo is well know in our Malaysian car community and even some auto business owners have been seen to carry the Brembo name without selling any Brembo parts at all. Strange, but they probably think this is the best way to get noticed.
So, with a well known name in the Malaysian motoring scene, Brembo in Malaysia has just launched a Bahasa Malaysia version of their corporate and sales website bringing more Malaysians into their specialized world of automotive braking.
PRESS RELEASE: The positive response from the aftermarket community towards the Braking System Expert Programme has led to the development of a Bahasa Malaysia version of Brembo SpA (Brembo) aftermarket website. This marks the first language within the South
East Asia region to be localised by the globally renowned brake disc and pad technology company. Emerald, who is also the official partner of Brembo products, worked on the website localisation initiative with the objective of educating, promoting, and acknowledging the local aftermarket community through the Bahasa Malaysia language.
“The website will be a good educational platform in the areas of braking systems and safety information, allowing Malaysians to access trending global news and information personalized for them in the Bahasa Malaysia language.”, said Hong Lee Ching, Managing Director of Emerald.
Despite being known as a premium manufacturer of products for high-performance vehicles, Hong Lee Ching said that Brembo also emphasizes high quality yet affordable aftermarket products designed for passenger vehicles, including our nation’s very own PROTON and Perodua models.
“Brembo as a global leader in brake system technology, products, and service sees the partnership with our official partner in Malaysia, Emerald Auto Parts as valuable and sustainable. The initiative of the Bahasa Malaysia version of our website shows the power of our long-standing partnership. Malaysia is a chosen destination for Brembo to penetrate South East Asia (SEA) market mainly because of Malaysia’s maturity in aftermarket sector and efficient infrastructure.”, said Eric Ni, Brembo Asia Pacific General Manager (Aftermarket).
The availability of a localised Brembo website increases accessibility to curated global news and updates surrounding braking and safety systems, allowing the aftermarket community and the public to keep themselves updated with the latest and best practices implemented by world-renowned automotive companies.
