Lexus Mutiara Damansara Now Operated by Dealer
The operations of the Lexus Mutiara Damansara outlet has been handed over to dealer Hiewa Auto Gallery (Lexus) Sdn Bhd as part of UMW Toyota Motor’s move to enhance its operational excellence.
In October 2017, UMWT announced that it will transfer all of its branch outlets to dealers to focus on product development, marketing and dealer network support.

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) today announced that their luxury brand outlet in Mutiara Damansara has been transferred to a Dealers to enhance operational excellence, with effectively from 1st August 1st , 2020. This follows the company’s announcement earlier in October 2017, that it would be transferring all of its retail operation branch retail operations to its dealers and other relevant parties.
The dealer from Hiewa Auto Gallery (Lexus) Sdn Bhd will take over the Lexus Mutiara Damansara outlet accordingly. This allows UMWT to increase intensity on high value added upstream activities such as product development, marketing and dealer network support, while dealers continue to dedicate themselves towards delivering customer satisfaction.
