This is the re-imagined Mercedes-Benz showroom from Hap Seng Star in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Located on Jalan P.Ramlee right at the very busy junction of Shangri-La Hotel and the Life Center building, this re-imagined showroom is the third tower of the Hap Seng Group three tower building complex.
This re-imagined Menara Hap Seng 3 Mercedes-Benz showroom is being launched for the 3rd time since its first introduction years ago in 2004. The luxury vehicle showroom is actually located on the third floor of Menara Hap Seng 3 and it is complete with a relaxing lounge area. With the new design concept, they offer customers an elevated vehicle shopping experience in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
In the basement there is Mercedes-Benz new owner delivery area with thick curtains separating the new vehicles to be delivered to customers. The experience provided is to give new customers that heightened experience of taken ownership of a brand new Benz. There is enough room for the family to join in with the new owner for the vehicle handover and it is quiet enough for the sales advisor to take his time and explain the features and must know technology that comes in the cabin of every new Mercedes-Benz.
To top of the experience, the ground floor is a complete Mercedes-Benz merchandise retail outlet that carries all kinds of merchandise like watches, luggage bags, t-shirts, model cars and more from the three pointed star brand.
This new luxury car shopping experience is part of the recent Mercedes-Benz Retail Model Presence company id (CI) and this is the third showroom constructed to those requirements after the multi-million ringgit refurbished Cycle & Carriage Bintang (CCB) showrooms in Mutiara Damansara and also Alor Setar, Kedah.
Hap Seng Star (HSS) in November 2018 unveiled its 11th Autohaus, the Mercedes-Benz Hap Seng Star Setia Alam Autohaus and become one of the 35 authorised dealerships from nine dealer groups.
